Just wanted confirmation from those that are running the 'Eibach pro kit'

Specifically you are referring to:

2X http://www.europerformance.co.uk/pages/products/product_info.mhtml?product=3758378 (Koni Fronts)
+
2X http://www.europerformance.co.uk/pages/products/product_info.mhtml?product=3760036 (Koni Rear)
+
1X http://www.europerformance.co.uk/pages/products/product_info.mhtml?product=3771140 (Eibach pro kit)

So theoretically... I can buy the above and get my independent to fit it no probs?
How many (professional) hours work should the job take?

I was also toying with the idea of fitting this Bilstein kit but wondered if anyone had an opinion over which would be best?

I was also planning to replace the rear shock mounts with Rouge Engineering ones:

For the rear shocks, you should get the ones that are externally adjustable so you wouldn't have to remove them when you want to adjust the rebound settings.
