Suspension bushes

Hi All,
I've been looking at replacement Bushes on both the ECP and powerflex sites amongst others and am perplexed in that it is stated that there are different sized bushes available and therefore you need to know what sizes are fitted to your Zed. Mine is a bog standard 2.2 with original fittings, as far as I know. I want to buy a complete car set but am confused as to what I should go for. Any suggestions from you good people? Also, has anyone bought a complete set for their Z?

If you're talking about the front controlarm rear bushings, you need the 66mm ones.
If you want to fully polybush your car, there is only 1 company that can provide bushings for all the joints (strongflex). Powerflex is missing some of the bushings.

my car is a 2008 2.0i and has 66mm polys on it now :driving:


EDIT out of curiosity, does anybody know which variants the 60mm fit?
 
Thanks guys but...are all the bushes rears and front 66mm then? Is it possible to simply order a complete bush set? I intend to replace them all as per a new car. I've got front and rear Bilstein dampers and springs. I've also bought Mhyle front lower wishbones - if that's what they are called. Have new disks ready also.

On the front control arms there is only 1 bushing per arm. The rest are ball joints on the control arm.
If you want to replace all the bushings on the car (front, rear, anti rollbars, subframes you name it...) I've made a spreadsheet that covers most of the available bushings with links/specs etc.

This will get you started on what polyurethane bushings are on the z4 and what is available (I only covered strongflex and powerflex as they are the main brands)
 
GuidoK, nice list there, BMW part numbers would be a really welcome addition for those not wanting to poly.
