Suspension advice.

Hi there, I need some suspension advice on a Z4 M Roadster.

Investigating a suspension upgrade: Bilstein Shocks & Eibach Sport Coils or Dinan Coils.
I live in South Africa and do about 120kms (50 miles is it?) a day on pretty good road surfaces in sunny weather and very light traffic. Perfect for stretching the car a little... sometimes more than a little. Will never use the functions in a coilover system and do not want too hard a suspension but would like a significant improvement in handling. Previous car was a Z3 3.0 with Monroe Sensatrac Shocks & Eibach Street coils & stiffer control arm bushings - handled the way I like it. I've already ordered more robust front control arm bushings to go with the rest.

Question 1. How good are the Bilsteins or rather how much better than the OEM shocks? Should I consider other shock absorbers?
Question 2. Will I still need to do a KDS alignment?
Question 3. Is the proposed combination any good?
Question 4. Eibach or Dinan?
