I was wondering if someone on here know's more about this than me - and can help.
Just been through the usual motions with Admiral regarding the annual renewal that they send out. Turns out that this year they are a long way from being the cheapest so have gone with another provider and have agreed with Admiral that they will not renew the policy when the current one ends on 10 Jan 2015
They have directed me to a link to "Surrender your Certificate of Motor Insurance"
My concern is that doing this will surrender my current policy (which still has a couple of weeks to run) and leave me uninsured over the christmas period.
Has anyone been through this process before? Admiral aren't giving particularly straight or clear answers which is worrrying.
Clearly I just want to cancel the renewal certifacte they sent me, and leave the existing one in tact for the few days that it has to run! Am sure it shouldn't be this complicated to do that! Bloody insurers!
