looking at pics etc. suprised the rear key hole isn't hidden like under the bmw badge or something.

but either way, the sleek look of these roadsters is winning me over ;-)
 
Yes, I don't care for it either. I believe some people have deleted it by putting in a painted plug like what you'd find at bumperplugs.com, and then just use the manual release or key fob when they need to get into it.
 
Thought about moving the 'M' badge to cover the keyhole. It would make the rear of the car look less cluttered. Too many badges on the car as standard IMO

still would look alot cleaner without it there

suprised they put one on. on the audi tt which i have, they haven't got a rear key hole
 
Why they would hide it so nicely on the Coupe and do such a sloppy job on the roadster is a mystery to me for sure.

On the coupe they learned from the mistakes they made on the roadster? My Mark 5 golf had no key hole and the hatch release was the emblem.
