Supersprint Install help needed!

Ok, I went to install my supersprint exhaust yesterday and can't figure out what these connect to?

I'm wondering if Supersprint forgot to send me a part. (They already forgot 2 bolts.) Any thoughts?

Alas no... that's not the same part. Part 4 actually is attached to the exhaust and is removed with the centerpipe.

Yes that was the part...no. 4. Just couldn't tell until it was removed. Regardless, getting under the car with a saw was a concern. I couldn't get in there at a reasonalbe angle so I took it to a shop.
