A 2k kit will give you a 2k effort. The same basic hardware for a typical non-intercooled kit is the same, whether it's 3 psi or 6 psi. I don't think it will end up being a simple 'throw 2k at it and you're done' effort.
If you're after 30-45 horsepower, the better route is to get equal length headers, tune, and possibly cams. Then you can stay naturally aspirated and avoid the headache of FI.
The installation has started, contacted VF engineering regarding hex flash software as I have the cable, they emailed me the software and instructions so no need to send ecu off to them.
