I think if you are getting that sort of wet liquid look from Megs Ultimate Quick Detailer, it will be pretty hard to improve on. That looks pretty stunning!

I'm amazed by the 12 hour "curing" time as well, I didn't think I'd notice much different, but this morning the car looks much "wetter" than it did an hour after the application last night.

I don't plan on changing QD any time soon, but it never hurts to keep your options open!!

Next stop....learning how to polish/ wax :|

Hah - i just ordered a mini bottle of FinishKare #425 to try as a QD. After slaving away washing a car i've gotta have some serious spare energy to want to polish/wax it.. so QD is gona be my regular topup method i feel.

Car looks great Steven - how's it going? Mine's in for the MOT on thurs, then i'm off around Europe for 3000miles of alps, Pyrenees, Spain, Costa del sol, Monaco, Saint Tropez, biaritz etcetc .. and if i can pursude my mates.. the ring!

Jan gave me about a 1/3 of a bottle of Megs Ultimate on Sunday, to add to the full bottle I just bought... So when I give the car a wash later in the week I shall try this QD assisted drying lark.

I didn't know it 'cured' for 12 hours after application though, need to pay more attention next time...

I use Poorboys QD - smells grrrrrrreat and does a good job
