That strut brace is a work of art, i have been looking at the various options, can you tell any difference? if you bought it for looks alone no problem as it is a thing of beauty but i would like your opinion on the effect on handling.

I have always had one on when I have been on ‘challenging’ roads so it’s hard to say really.

That is one stunning strut brace!

I fitted BMW's own and having driven the car with and without I find that with the strut brace I get more front end feel (feedback) and the front tyres seem to key in to the road better in medium & fast corners (less understeer).

For tighter turns a more agressive turn-in or trail braking is needed otherwise I get more understeer with the brace fitted.

For me the brace improves the front end... Others may experience different though as my car is not on stock suspension or bushes, and geo' is tweaked too... Driving styles are a factor too of course.

very nice, i think a black strut brace would ahve looked better though, thats just my personal take - still good though
