Ouch. That's the 1st prang I've heard of on a forum run too. Hope the damage isn't too extensive and driver and passenger are unhurt.

You might get that in current condition for the offer you made me for mineoke:

I assume it's in preparation for the Capri-esque bag of cement to keep 400bhp in touch with the road?
Doesn't she find it a bit chilly?B21 said:enuff_zed said:Peter, what is that on the boot of your car?

Very funny…actually I’ve never really detected on E89s any great tail wagging unlike TR7s/TR8s and Crapis… :headbang:oke: :tumbleweed:

That is not going to be a cheap fix, especially with the matt paint finish. It wouldn't suprise me if the final cost wasn't north of 8K +B21 said:jamesditchy said:Ouch. That's the 1st prang I've heard of on a forum run too. Hope the damage isn't too extensive and driver and passenger are unhurt.
Just the driver ..shaken but not stirred…I’d imagine about £5k-£7k…. :tumbleweed:

G29 (heavily tuned) did a sharp right turn into a wood shortly after turning onto a minor road..

Hopefully if the car is heavily modded all the mods and the wrap have been fully declared to the insurers

I thought that with the chassis behind the wheel arch, looks raised a fair bit, hopefully not.
[ref]B21[/ref], saw an update last night on the accident you came across

Yes mods were declared…awaiting final quote..the damaged panel is on a 12 week lead time from Germany… :tumbleweed: :tumbleweed:

Good to hear that about the insurance, not so good about the parts back order
I’ve heard of cars being written off due to long waits for parts as the cost of rental cars is part of the claim
Hopefully all will be sorted and the car will be as good as new
