Sun Visor Glasses Holder Attachment

Have been given a BMW sunglasses holder designed for visor mount?

Supplied with 2 sizes of 'armband' with velcro attachment for the glasses case, which wrap round the visor, presumably for different size visors. Mine is a Z4 E89.

How do you get the visor off to put the 'armband' on, without damaging anything? Or have I missed something simple?

Seems a daft design to me to provide a continuous loop band.
 
You can't swivel the e89's visors like you can in the cars, so, you'll either have to unscrew them to attach it, or, cut the elastic and fix it with velcro perhaps... I'm sure you'll come up with something. Personally, I keep the glasses in the arm rest storage.
 
Found the T20 torx screws which are exposed but also quite well hidden at screen side of visors. Removed 1 and slid the bandage over and screwed back.

Not terribly excited by the final result. Looks well in the pictures but even placed towards the left side of the visor might be annoying in use i.e. visually distracting. On the other hand can always remove easily and put in door storage. So what's the point?

Can't say I'd recommend the item.
