After a brilliant week of sunshine and driving around with the top down I started a thread SUN...................

A member jogged my memory about driving with the top down and mentioned "nice music".

Ok guys here is your chance to voice your opinions on the music you like to drive with.

WHAT ALBUMS, TRACKS do you like listening to when you have the top down and you are enjoying your Zed?

:driving:

Van Halen "Jump".....brings back memories for Deb and I of when we had a Mustang Vert on holiday in Florida. Play that track over and over!

Other than that, anything really! I'm not one to sit at the lights though with music blaring....but when we're moving....!!!!!

First top down day of the year for me here in Holland today. My good ladyfriend Laura helped me get the hardtop off then demanded I take her out for a spin, the cheeky mare!
Soundtrack was Amorphous Androgynous (FSOL) and Espers while cruising along the road that straddles the Vecht canal towards Amsterdam
Life's good

The most brutal hardcore thrash metal I can think of at the time

War on Drugs - Lost in the Dream album still my favourite whether roof up , roof down or roof fixed in place  just does it for me whatever the mood or road :driving:

Too much information hidden in that sentence. :D

Me I enjoy listening to the engine mostly. :driving:

Depends on the mood, but found myself putting on Kygo’s “Here For You” a lot last week. Catchy feel good tune with a tropical vibe, can’t help but smile listening to it with the top down and the sun shining :) :driving:

@ Paddy, I know what you mean, I try to have a balance between tunes and engine sound, but sometimes you just wanna hear 6 cylinders up front and a snap crackle and pop out the back

I never drive fast and listen to music. Four reasons. 1 Speed needs all the concentration I can muster. 2 Speed cameras/Plod. (Part of 1, really.) 3 The 35is sings very well without it. 4 I need to hear the song to try to drive as well as I can.

Not lecturin'. Just tellin' the truth.

As the owner of an impoverished spec Z4 I need the music as there is no music

:driving: Sunshine- roof down- Snake Pass - Cat and Fiddle - Via Gellia -13 bends - Baslow hill -
only 1 tune to play - Mat Munroe - On days like these -
just watch out for the bull dozer under the bridge :D

Headless Chickens - Cruise Control
Bic Runga - Drive
The Cars - Drive
Or one or two Spotify mixes I have made.
Or just enjoy the 6 cylinder track playing under the hood.

Slightly off topic but the 440i in your signature sounds fantastic! :) Any photos of it?
