well done Nosa, shows that by sticking to your point you can get a result. In my organisation we call HR Human Remains as in if you can't do any other job that is one that remains.

Good result Nosa. It turned out pretty much how i thought it would, HR pretty much asking you all to make up and get on with it. Good that you had an ace up your sleeve with the smoking zone and a boss that backs you up. :)

People sometimes think HR isnt particularly neccessary but as you can see, if a third party isnt there to at leaast fix a time and place to try and resolve it who knows where it would escalate to. Probably toe to toe in the car park

Ha ha Taz i really dont! But they have been there for me once before during a sticky situation at work and i was very glad for it. Plus if you could see how hot some of our HR girls are at my place... :o :D

Ahh the good ol days :)

Just Kiddin

Now get some pics of your HR girls uploaded ASAP

Nosa, stand by your principles, I'm sure you will! I've been in the same place in the past, in employment law HR hasn't got a justifiable leg to stand on anyway . . .

Well done that man ......

Delboy :)
