I have recently removed the 'Z4' from the bootlid, this along with a mangowalk certainly tidys things up ! (easy and wallet friendly to say the least).... :D

i am interested in suggestions on where to put the 'Z4' badge in the interior if at all ?..... i placed it on the left hand side of the dash which didnt look too bad, even thought of the wind deflector (facing outwards boxster style, could also look quite cool when its stored in the bootlid) but it looked a bit cheap.....this might be a passing fad, however i am interested where other people may have used it ?. so suggestions please !

Personally i would leave it in the draw but i am into keeping things simple keeping it clean

On the left of the dash attached to the brushed alloy would look OK would blend a little but if you want it to stand out the ashtray cover

Tried the ashtray cover, too much going on, and like you, i am also a fan of 'less is more'....

I thought about removing the side badges but dont want people to think its a 2.0 ! :poke:

I agree that if your going to remove it then it should go in a drawer and nowhere else.
However I dont agree that debadging is right either.
Original is best for me.
The whole debadging thing is a bit Curry's superstore car park on a friday night with undercar neons and the saxo boys for me.
But then we've been down this road before and will never agree!
:D

i dont mind the look of having no engine size badges on as it cleans up the sides a bit but i think the Z4 should be left where it is

I know where your coming from regarding the cleaner look but it still has the stigma (scuse the pun!) of what people have always done with small engine models.
To me, removing badges (whether to hide a 2.0i or just for looks) is as bad as adding M badges to a non M.
Its just my opinion and its not shared with most here but it doesent stop me trying to persuade people not to do it!

Just feels a bit like messing for messing sake to me, kinda teenagerish.

:tumbleweed:

mine had no side badges on when i bought it either, mine is black and it might help to brighten it up a little but it could also make that area a bit fussy because of the contours of the panels and the side indicator design.

each to their own i guess!

I know what you mean about the old 1.1panda with a 3.0 turbo badge on it in mcdonalds car park though lol

All badges removed. Makes it look cleaner. I also removes the colour strip from the rear lights. imo it makes it smoother.

Here we go.

In your floor mats... where the stitched "Z4" is, they are the same size.... place them there and see what you think.
