Can the Z4 take these with little to no work?

Too much i'd say . especially the 10j 24 imagine the face of your current rear wheel being 40mm further out of the arch although the front would "only" be 35mm out

For comparison my rear is 18inch 9l et 34 on standard Se suspension

Search back through "Marius" posts , he had the 92s on so they will work if you like that look :wink:

I think a couple of folk still have these on their cars... But IIRC there is a need to introduce some camber, as well as stretched tyres, to tuck the, under the arches. Hasn't NeilP got them on his coupe ?

The 92s & 95s are 7 series , Neilp is on X5's which are same widths but 45/48mm offset , his coupe is in my top 5 forum motors 8) great piece of work
