Lightweight genuine Style 32 BMW alloy wheels and tyres for sale only (the Z4 in the pics isn’t included)

Spec

  • Front 18x8 et47
    Rear 18x8.5 et50

Tyres are matching Avon zz5’s with 6mm front and 5mm rear tread depth 225/40 front and 255/35 rear

Quite a rare set of wheels by all accounts in the correct e46/z4 fitment. Ok condition with no massive chunks missing but the paint is flaking on them so could do with a refurb to be perfect.

Collection from Chorley, Lancs

£800

In all seriousness I’m not sure if they are lighter weight than other style 32’s but they are a lightweight alloy wheel

What makes them lightweight compared to the other style 32’s?

That’s a really good question, a lot of style 32’s are heavy, but the 18” style 32’s for an E46 are not much more than 9kg per corner, certainly under 10kg… it’s definitely not all style 32’s though.

This is correct, I believe the E46 rear wheel is just over 2kg less weight than the 7 series Style 32. That's a significant reduction in unsprung weight.

Same question as above.....are they still available please?

I've resigned myself to keeping them to be honest. Mainly because they are so lightweight. They could be available though for the right price, but now they come with Continental Sport Contact 5 tyres rather than Avon's
