Stupid Question

Evenin all
As per my e39... Upgrade of sidelights to freshen up things..

The sidelights on my 2006 z4 are dim and yellowy. (Why do bmw think dim glue looks nice) so, it may be a stupid question but what's the options to brighten things up ?

As far as I can see it doesn't have angel eyes so can't do what I know.
What's the options. Looks like its one bulb per side but an asking as don't want to get wrong Watt or type n cause probs

I fitted some canbus led bulbs which although a bit bluey white are far nicer than the yellow dull ones
 
I have LED replacements which give a much brighter and very white light...

Pic was taken in daylight, they look way brighter than the OEM bulbs in the dark. Look a bit s**t up close when they aren't switched on though.
