Stupid question re e46 15's

Hi guys, need to get one of my 18 inch 108s repaired, looking at options as car can't be off road. Would I be able to fit a cheap set of 15s to my car while it's done? Am I right in thinking any e46 is ok or would small size of wheel be an issue?

If it's one wheel bring refurbished and it's only for a day or so, wouldn't a spacesaver spare from an e46 be a better/cheaper option?

Spacesavers do have restrictions on speed but you can do the research to see if it'd work for you.
 
16's don't fit over the brakes on my 3.0 si e86.

I had to go for a set of 17's for my winter wheels.
