guys get simple, stick a bit of double sided tape to a thin knife blade, insert and press down on top of disc,cant remember if i pressed eject , i think i did and out it came and works perfectly, ps i had in fact inadvertantly inserted 2 discs, doh !!

That's a different issue, the mechanism probably didn't have contact with that disc but there wasn't enough room to eject it. This disk will probably be spinning round so the last thing you want to do it start sticking something in the drive.
