Just fitted the stubby and your all correct as per useual
But I havent tried the radio just yet!
And my guinine BMW outdoor cover has arrived, but Ive not tried that yet!
Does anyone know how much BMW would charge for such a thing?

And Iam glad to here that covers are £120 because Ive just paid £70 for mine, delieved And its brand new, never been used

Just come back from a spin the car and the reception was fine, I really didnt notice any change or loss of reception whatsoever.
But I have to say that the only thing about the car that Im not 100% happy with is the radio! I test drove an audi A3 sport before I bought the zed and that had a "concert stereo system" OMG, it sounded amasing!!!!! If I could have that stereo in my zed I'd be very happy.
I opened the taps a bit tonight out in the car! OMG, it really goes like stink! I shot past four cars (they weren't hanging around) and still had plenty of time to get back in the correct lane, lol. I love this car

Also swapped mine out for a stubby - from a Peugeouguout, you know what I mean... All up, shipped from France to Australia - AUD$14.00!!

Looks much better but reception has dropped off.. I hardly ever listen to the radio (iPhone's are great) so it hasn't been a problem, but something to consider if you do listen to a weaker or non local station..

Sorry, maybe I didnt word that correctly. My stubby was £8.99
My car cover I bought was from ebay, £70.00 I have opened it, it is brand new and a genuine BMW cover.
If I were lucky enough to have bought the cover from BMW for £70.00 then you boys would have been the first to know!!

I have a poohgoat stubby (from an 807) and it's perfect... radio 1, radio 4, trent fm - all pick up fine with no disernable loss.
am going through the dales a week on monday, and will compare it to last time I was through there.. but I really haven't noticed any signal dropout yet.
