Stubborn Whippy

I would like to swap out my whippy for a stubby but whippy isn't budging. I dont want to shear off the arial leaving me with having to buy a new base, so hoping someone can suggest something to get it moving?

My whippy was stuck. Sheared off at the base when just turning by hand. Go gently, but be prepared to replace the base. Good luck!

I know! And agree. Was only taking mine off to stop it getting broken when the car cover is on. My car is totally stock, even the new whippy and base!

Ahhhh, but the flexibility of the whippy will cause a lesser injury than a stubby through the eye. Guess who once worked in H&S Now love a car with no roof!

I remove my whippy after every outing as the car lives under a cover.
