Strut Brace

So, I lost out to winning the used OEM strut from one of the members on here was selling on ebay (damn you human body for wanting food)

Now my question is, it the strut brace worth having (I own a Z4 Coupe) and although I think so, i'm looking for opinions because if i'm lacking wisdom i'll seek it elsewhere.

Second Q is if any other strut brace is just as good, such as an OMP one

They're also less than half the price of BMW OEM which probably just holds a premium just because its BMW
 
It made a hell of a difference fitted to #69. I took mine off and sold it as the insurance company refused to cover it :thumbsdown:

And before the obvious replies, I couldn't be arsed to shop around and have now changed the car :)
