Strut brace nuts. Broke one, can't find a replacement

One of the sleeved nuts in the strut brace has broken. Need to replace, but can't find one anywhere. There isn't really enough thread showing to use a std nut...

Anyone know a part number for these... or an alternate? The brace I think is a bmw one. I also need one of the black caps shown that cover the nuts. Again, can't find a part number

Thanks

Steve

The brace is indeed the OEM one , if you ask MM nicely he may create one for you in between work , baby , house , car in bits etc :D

Thank you for the suggestion if I can't find one, that is a good call. I would think they're a fiddle to make, and outside my limited machining skills!

Probably have to send him the duffer :?

A little more googling has this.

"the correct PN 51 717 895 241"

the caps that cover these 51 717 896 829

Hope that'll work!

is that thread engagement ok?? I'm sure mine are flush with the top of the nut....

The threaded sleeve goes down a long way, however there's no way they will be flush with the top of the nut. There's 10 threads engaged, so in theory that's plenty
