I like those - I have a bit of 'road rash' in that area (yes, I'm sure there's a cream for that.... boom boom :roll: ).
And since my car is black, they would hide the marks and blend in quite well.

Some of us grew up in the 70s and remember Hot Rod and Custom Car magazine . . . :lol:
My TVR Chimeara fulfilled my V8 obsession but only for a time; the Z4M is my reliable 'German' version of such a 'sports car'. I hark back to the 70s when I quite fancied Wolfrace wheels, Cobra stripes and logos - would love a race number as well! Don't get me started on tyre lettering - I love that as well
But I have to agree the Z4 doesn't really suit such an interpretation. My Z4M makes me feel that way sometimes though - especially when driving on our favourite Northumberland back roads - on goes the hat and driving gloves and that's when I imagine a couple of white stripes would look particularly fetching on my red M :lol:

Thanks really simple to do too. I just love the look on old 70s-80s 911s so thought i would give it a go. A fair few z3s have them too.

Thanks thats great. I'm interested in ways to tie together my cf front splitter and cf spoiler and all the skirt decal options out there have the M performance logo but I dont have an M model. Your idea is quite interesting.

Why not just have the full alpine white respray and have some vinyl wrap lines put on.... then when you get bored you can just take them off and have a glorious white roadster again :evil:

Alpine white *might* look good with two stripes, offset to one side, one wide and one narrow.. maybe..
