Strange yellow lights when engaging reverse

Something strange has just occurred.

Started the car up after a week of no use. Started first pop and no problems then I pressed the Sport button.

when I engaged reverse 3 or 4 dash lights flicked on in yellow for a split second then went off. I engaged first then reverse again and same thing happened. Drove off in the car and no issue heating on, seat heating on and aircon and rear window heater. Got a few miles along and pressed my washers then a few lights came on for a split second but wipers and headlight wipers worked ok. Car ran fine and no lack of power.

Parked car up for 10 mins then got back in, but no sign of any lights this time when reversing or using windscreen washer etc!!

Could this be the start of a battery issue. I'm connecting a Ctek charger tomorrow luckily to trickle charge all week when it's not getting used.
 
It did it today and it was when I turned the steering wheel to the right the assistance would go off for s second and 3 or 4 warning lights in yellow appear. Turned car off and started again and issue went away!! Very strange but will be charging battery today with my Ctek so hopefully it's just that
 
I am with sk93, battery would be the first thing to check. Hope you get it sorted quickly
 
Just ran it on motorway and each time I turn steering wheel to each full lock the electric steering warning light comes on then other lights and as that happens fans cut off and radio light dims slightly. Seems it's got to be battery as its parked up all week with the odd short run at weekends or a 20 mile motorway run etc.
