strange water leak - new owner

hi guys - ive just bought a 2003 Z4 3.0i in silver but have discovered a few leaks on the drivers side - the full hood was replaced last year.

1) water dripping out the bottom of door - on taking the panel off inside - the membrane has been ripped so this needs replacing

2) just above where ur ear is - there is a point where two rubber seals meet at the top of the window - there appears to be some wind noise here and the window doesnt seal well letting in water - my option i see are replace seal? adjust window (cant find proceedure) adjust door position (rather not as it looks a good fit)

3) where the hood meets the rear wing top there appears to be a small leak - you can see it dripping onto the boot cover if you look over your shoulder. Looking closely here there appears yo be a jon in the seals (e.g one seal right around from the left wing to right wing then a small seal that overlaps and goes into the door shut area) - there is evidence of black sealant there? Im not sure where water should go when it comes off the hood in that area.

ANy help for a newby greatly appreciated before my car is flooded lol.

First off, we have the same problems

1. Just replace the inner door membrane and window channel
2. Search for my thread, i have pics of the leak in the weather strips.
a. Yes the weather strips can be replaced (mine got replaced by BMW Philippines and contributed more leaks so do not do this)
b. Yes the window can be adjusted (mine was put to maximum height by BMW Philippines)
c. Yes the door can we adjusted but in doing so would entail leaks elsewhere such as door weather strips.
3. A picture would be helpful

My solution was to replace whole top. So far no leaks at least on #2
