Strange ticking noise from rear passenger side

Flat tyre thats why it's creaking, looks uneven and has no pressure reading, And the ticking will be the screw or nail that has caused it. Gauge is working on 3 tyres so if it says no pressure in 4th then that is because...... Well there is no pressure :headbang:

Won't look flat if it's a run flat, also someone has possibly reset light with one flat tyre so will read correct now

Not sure about the tyre pressure sensor because as soon as driven the rotaion of the flat would be different to the other side so trip the abs sensor and thus the tyre pressure light come on again

Def a flat to check out and fix first and if driven on for any distance will need a new tyre.

So? what was the outcome? :poke:

Morning cj/gookah, I was going to post later today after going for a long drive but here is the update anyway. Bought fk452s to replace the rear two runflats and the noise has gone. In short it was a flat...I must say it was really hard to spot a flat runflat specially when there was no tyre pressure indicator warning. Apparently the insides were badly shredded according to the garage. I was bit hung over yesterday so it was a quick trip to the garage, fit the tyres and back. Now that i have driven it this morning with the roof down...no noise at all.

I wonder if BMW would have charged me £138 just to tell me that it is a flat tyre? Anyway glad I got the right responses from the right people...thanks all. Now i must go have some topless fun.
