Strange squeak under load

Hi, was wondering if anyone has any ideas as to a strange chirp sound I noticed today when under load. I found this thread on the M3 forum and the noise I get is exactly the same as the one on the vid. Various ideas in the post as to the cause but no real solution or perhaps it's just normal and I've not noticed it before? Thanks

Sorry this noise is back again. The only way I can describe it is like a child blowing on a plastic horn for a split second just before the car changes up at high revs. It doesn't do it all the time and it sounds like its coming the passenger side. I have it booked in at the Indy on Monday to have a look but any ideas before then would be great. I have checked all the hoses on that side for splits etc
Is this what an engine mount or transmission mount sounds like when its on its way out or would I feel that?
