Strange Scratches!! Help Needed!!

Great effort, RJS super helpful people by the sounds of it. WELL PLAYED

Cleaned Z4 yest and some tosser has dinged the rear arch. I feel your pain when you saw your scratches :| Dent man will be £40 better off this week, assuming he can get to it.......

Jimmybell, we do indeed. From popping down and having us try to polish out a scratch, to a full two day detail service. Was happy to help :)
 
Nice result :) did you wetsand the scratches first or did you just use the machine polisher? , I'm guessing the paint was fairly easy to correct still being quite fresh?
 
Nice work Rob! Do you guys have a paint gauge? Thinking about treating myself to a DA, be nice to check out the depth on mine first.

Due to the bumper being a) fresh paint and b) plastic, we couldn't gauge the depth of the paint, and had no idea as to how much lacquer would have been applied by the body shop, so we just went with a three stage polish.

Indeed we do Richard. You can feel free to pop down one day and make use.
 
Cheers Rob, got a manic month, when I get some time will be nice to pop over and exchange some beer tokens for a good look over the M3. Paintwork is pretty excellent save a few small chips on the bonnet but be good to know thicknesses as I might treat myself to a DA soon.
