strange repeating noise

HI!

When i drive my car little harder i get this repeating noise and i wonder what it is. Its really bothering me so i want to fix it.
Mechanic says its disa valve is this true?

Erm, that doesn't sound good, never heard that on an N52 and I've worked on quite a few - Possibly one of the DISA valve actuators??

I dont know =(
And sound keeps going on after i turn down the engine like 2-3 times. Maybe its something electrical.

The DISA valves return to their rest position when you turn off the ign, so I would start there.. Probably stripped teeth on the actuator/flap.

I have changed disa valve and noise is still there =(

Could you use a car stethascope to pinpoint exactly where the noise emanates from ?
