Strange noise from wheel

That's what I would look at too. Its the thin metal plate that you can see when you remove the wheel, protection plate behind the wheel hub, cant miss it. :roll:

So a spring has popped out of my break call. This has been causing the noise . Mechanic all so mentioned that bushes were a bit soft . Is this something to worry about?
