Strange clicking noise from rear?

Its a 3.0 2004 on runflats. i rcently went a bit mad and bought some after market alloys and fitted them yesterday. on the drive to work this morning i noticed (eventualy) that there was a weird clicking noise coming from (i think) the passenger side rear wheel. it also sems to do it on the driver side front, but only when turned to the right. the slower i drive the slower the noise tho as i drive faster the noise increses with speed. has anyone had this problem? i found a vid on youtube of a diff car but with the same noise. maybe it might shed some light. thanks to all who help.

If anyone has this problem in future it seems that backplate had bent while changing the wheels and was catching on the disc. Problem sorted.
