How do I get my Z4 to sound like this?

Can I buy ready-made straight pipe anywhere?
How far should the system go forward - what with catalytic converters and sensors up at the front pipe?
Should there be any middle mufflers?

Alternatively, I look at a complete BASTUCK set, but I miss just a bit more sound, I think.
Think a quad-system would be to much of a modification...
