Storm Motorwerks V1 gearknob - allen key size?

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone with a Storm Motorwerks V1 gearknob can help me out. My Coupe has one installed, but I didn't get an allen key when I bought the car.



Thinking of swapping to a ZHP gearknob for a more OEM look, but I can't figure out the allen key size needed to remove the Storm Motorwerks knob - all I know is none of my allen keys fit!

Does anyone know what size allen key I need for it?

Can’t help with size, but I have that gearknob with allen key (tiny) and the handbrake lever which I lost the key too (super tiny). Bought this set which has everything in it and will cover both items if you don’t mind waiting a day and spending £10.

Have you tried contacting storm motorwerks?

I’m not sure but I think my handbrake was one of the first… possibly even development….

The gear knob is lovely….. thing of beauty.

I was searching around to try and find if I or others had mentioned the Allen key size but no joy…..

Just measured the one supplied with mine at 2mm.

I’m not sure but I think my handbrake was one of the first… possibly even development….

The gear knob is lovely….. thing of beauty.

I tried this when I couldn't find my handbrake key, but no response.

Yep, tried contacting Storm Motorwerks, but no response on my end either. Time to treat myself to an Allen Key Set with a 2mm piece!
