Storm motorwerks not delivered item

I recently (Saturday 5th) ordered a v1 gear knob from storm paying £75 for the item and £8 postage (next day). It has been 2weeks now since I ordered this. I have emailed them and since had a reply sayin it would be despatch Friday or Monday at the latest that was last week/ beginning of this week and still nothing. I emailed them again and got another reply saying they were having building work done and it would be sent out on Thursday....... Today is Friday and still no delivery....... Now I know I can be impatient but after spending that much money on something and the delivery charge isn't cheap am getting a bit P'ed off to say the least. Has anybody else had a problem with them?
 
I purchase a gear knob from them about 18 months ago and had no problem at all. I know a number of other ZSCCA club members that have also purchased for them without any issues. Let us know how this works out and sorry to hear about the trouble you are having.
 
I'd be asking for my money back now. Have they explained why they promised it next day then nothing for 2wks, then promised a few days later, still nothing and now a 3rd promise that looks likely to turn into a 4th promise?

Get your money back and buy a weighted ZHP for nigh on £30 less that won't freeze your hand off in the colder months.

Shocking service if they've not explained why it was delayed from the original order. If they didn't have stock, their website should advise this or at least they should be up front with why they are messing you about.
 
Still nothing delivered as of yet. Will be getting in touch with them tonight, tomorrow. It has been more of an ordeal than it should have been. with no real communication on his behave other than replying to my emails.
