Just sold my Z4M so have a Storm Motorwerks weighted gearknob with an optional leather cover.

Looks like this but slightly more grey in colour... (looks great!)...

It's dark geryish titanium, a few normal marks from wear and tear over 8 months but other than that great condition.

A very easy fit, takes 2 mins and really helps gear changes feel a lot more precise!

The gearknob cost £65 and the leather cover £25 (essential for winter).

I'll sell both for £50.

They are the best ... I have one as well (not sure about the leather cover - never seen / used it).
 
It slips over the "ball part" of the gearknob and has an embroidered M on top. It's used in winter when the knob is cold :D

Brilliant bit of kit.
 
received and fitted, it does transform the feel a lot, very pleased. that leather cover will probably just live in the glove box :wink:
 
saying that the knob was pretty hot today :oops: id highly recommend getting a weighted knob, makes the gear changes feel better and quicker, its probably not any faster in real terms but it gives a much more confident feel.
