I think the hat has made me want to get myself a Storm too?! Haha it's just brilliant!
 
Just heard it's going to be 2/3 weeks before I get my hands on a knob. They're having to machine more with the design I want on it. Hopefully be worth the wait though! :thumbsup:
 
It will definitely be worth the wait - they are 500g, which feels massively heavy in your hand off the car, but really helps the gear change when fitted :thumbsup:
 
Looks great, how easy are these to install ? Looks like you get much more than just a knob...
 
Very easy from what I can gather. Old one just pulls off, with a good tug. :P new one slides on and then tightened up with a grub screw & allen-key.

Bing, yeah, I'm hoping the extra weight smooths out the changes between 1st and 2nd and just improves it overall. Have you got the handbrake handle as well? Am considering this as a bday present from my mrs. - however, that looks a bit more fiddly to fit?!
