Storm clean-up

With another belt of bad weather hitting us and hearing this morning our local council will have to go crawling to the government for help as their budgets are stretched as it is. A thought would be, stop sending funds abroad and fix our own sea and flood defences. Creating extra work along the way, or is that solution to easy? It will be interesting how the damage is sorted, properly or another sticky plaster to cover the mess.

if its anything like the 1000's of pot holes scattered across the country, it will be a big sticky plaster

The shock absorbers were replaced on the Abarth in January 2013, in December 2013 they needed replacing again after 1200 miles. Great roads ...

In fairness, 'great shocks' :D

After all the rain there's loads of huge pot holes opened up round us. I feel like I am slaloming down some roads :(

Most of the miles in the Abarth were around your area as the service is there :D

You think the Z has a hard ride, try the Abarth ...

Better not waste time on cleaning up, have you seen what's on it's way?

Our conservatory has turned into a swimming pool, it came with the house and is made of timber and leaks in about 5 places. It will be a good day when we can tear it down for a PVC replacement.
