Storage Door Broken Please Help

Hi All,

Didn't notice a pen had dropped down and I closed the storage door against it. This has resulted in one of the latching squares(?) coming out and the door out of square.

I've read all the search results and they say to first take out the 2 screws but the screws are in such a position that you can't get a screwdriver on them?

Also what bits am I going to need when (if) I can get it apart?

Sort of answering my own question.

Have got the door off (broken bit prevented it lowering far enough to access screws) BUT the little clip that the screw goes in is broken.

Where can I get a new one?

You can get them through BMW or any place that sells BMW parts. The part numbers are 51467121713 for the Left one and 5146712171 for the Right one.

Hi buddy,
You open door fully and you should be able to access these two very small screws which you remove, now pull door up to detach, it is in there tight. Now what has broken, is it the door ,the small square plastic bits with the small screws or the bit in centre consul,

The driver side small square bit that the screw goes in.
