Im going to remove the CD changer from my Z4M Coup.

Im assuming once removed, it will leave a void. If after the slot in storage box thing. The sat nav module will be still installed above.

Ive had a look on realoem and there are two different parts.

I think the one I want is 51467043818.

Can anyone tell me if thats right?
 
Do you need the space, as to me it's more hassle than it's worth removing the CD changer considering half the interior need to come out.

srhutch has got a point. If you do need a little extra storage, add a first aid box under the driver's seat, so much easier to access on the move than that centre console.

I could do with some extra storage, does anyone have a part number and cost for the drivers seat first aid box?

Thanks both, this seems a worthwhile mod as my phones rattle around in the door pocket, and my iPhone has ended up under the brake pedal once! :thumbsdown:

You could just buy one of the footwell storage nets an put the phone in that. It can be fitted to passenger and/or driver footwell.
