Hi all, coming out of work today , top down shades on , and garden contractors doing their thing, then bang stone flies up from strimmer thingy, nice chip in drivers door, am not a happy person, my question is who do you recommend in the dent/ chip repairs companies, i know of "chips away" any other nationals you can recommend ? :x :x

If it's just the one small chip and no dent you'll be surprised how easy it is to do a good job on it yourself, if you take care.

no experience of using any.. chipsaway couldnt help my recent bump

I've used a combination of the Halfords touchup kits and Autoglym 'paint renovator' with successful results. For small chips, just mix the paint and lacquer - a larger one might need the layers putting down separately. I deliberately put slightly too much paint on, then use the paint renovator after it's dried to make it level again.
