Stoat hit by BMW

In today’s Telegraph, page 10; “A stoat was run over by a sports car and then survived a 32-mile journey trapped in the front grille. The foot-long animal was struck at 60mph and remained trapped for seven hours with its face and legs poking out the front of the BMW Z4.

The stoat, which had no serious injuries, was removed with the assistance of the RSPCA.”

I always said these Z4s are a safe car! 8)
 
Not really run over, more run into/scooped up by the air dam :D

Lucky thing... wonder if it started to just relax and go with the flow after a while :D

Don't get me wrong I would feel sorry for the little fella but I think I read they had to cut the grill to get him out. Who's going to pay for that? I doubt the Stoat has insurance :P

im still angry about the pheasant that wandered onto the road the first week i got my z4, clipped the bugger, feathers everywhere, pheasant tumbling down the road in my rear view - but the sod scratched my side skirt, if it wasnt already dead id have gone back and hunted the bugger down :evil: :evil: :wink: :wink:
