Thoughts on this one?
Looks like its been modified.. But looks nice. However a little wary of modified, Also seems like too good a price for the spec?

Personally I wouldn’t touch it at that money. For me the low miles and interior colour are about the only really nice things about it. As for spec it’s missing at least cruise control, front and rear parking sensors and most importantly i-drive, not great in a top of the range model.

A 35i without i-drive is a tough sell, add to that it’s been modded and I think it would be a ball ache to sell on in the future. I’d be very surprised if those tail lights and rear reflectors were legal as well.
 
You'll find yourself needing to re-wrap that roof after a wee while
 
Yes, as nice as it is for a 3l turbo, I think its probably too cheap, and too modded. I would suspect to find issues with it down the line.
May have to settle for a more reliable 2.5 or 2.0 in my budget.
