I’ve cut out a fair bit of beer (gallons) and stopped filling myself up with takeaways & cheese (tons)
Not eaten any crisps or chocolate since January which has taken a considerable amount of will power.
Ann does lots more cooking instead of buying ready meals.
I’ve got used to it and it’s nice to be in 34’ jeans instead of 42’!
Go for plenty of long walks/rambles which has been a hobby of ours for a while now, that’s about it as far as exercise goes, I’m planning on a lot more cycling once we’ve moved to quieter roads
