Stiff Reverse Gear

Hi,

Have test driven a couple of Z4 3.0 cars and they were both very difficult to get into reverse gear. My lady couldn't even get them in at all.

Are all Z 4s like this?

Would be very interested in an auto 6 cylinder car if anyone has one for sale.

There is a knack to it I guess, but it's not difficult just need a little more effort than in most other marques as there is no button to press or similar to prevent engaging reverse.
