Sticky Near Side Front Caliper

My Z has a sticking front caliper which is booked in to be sorted in a couple of weeks. I'm just worried this will happen again as it seems to be a common problem :roll: Has anyone tried different calipers to avoid this? For example got these to fit with different carriers etc?

I've had both my front calipers changed since owning mine, they're cheap enough, if I had brembos doing it id be worried at the cost. But it's only about £50 for a new caliper
