Stereo Fascia

I’ve just fitted a new Pioneer DEH-X 7800DAB stereo to my Z. The fascia surround I bought is around 3mm too sort and does not fit around the head unit. I don’t want to order another one in case that one also doesn’t fit. Has anybody fitted this same stereo and if so what facia surround did they get that fitted around it.

I also fitted new stereo today, with a surrounding from Amazon. No instructions so it was a bit of a puzzle putting it in correctly. I would say it was not a perfect fit but not as bad as 3mm. Do you have a picture?

I was looking at Pioneer DEH-X 7800DAB as well but went with a Kenwood

I tried cutting it back so it would fit but it snapped into pieces.
It is now in the bin.

Just came across this.
I struggled with the new autoleads one as it doesnt allow for the stereo bezel to be fitted. But, after some consideration, i dont think its too bad. Being a double concave dash its quite difficult to fit a 'normal' stereo. Im going to try make it a better fit later today though as the interface between vent and fascia dont quite line up.

Would have preferred grey to match the old vent so i ended up buying a black vent as well
