Last November I did a trip in the Zedee down to Italy from the UK. Went via the Ring and Stelvio.

Here is a video of the Stelvio pass - a little bit too long and poorly edited but I hope it gives you a taste.

Were you using the stock Conti's??

No need for stock tyres - I had the CSL wheels fitted with Vredestein Sessanta tyres. I know them a lot better now and would be much more confident. Great tyres.
