Guys will this wheel with the MF on it suit my 03
It is a BMW E46 Steering Wheel from a 330ci 2005 Model
The air bag is minus so as a side note will my centre fit the wheel as well.

There are a lot of variables that would always cause me to pass on fitting a wheel from another model.
Spline count, dish depth, profile match the the cowling, airbag physical fitment and electronic connection slip ring connection, MF connectivity, etc. etc.

Personally I'd hunt out a genuine Z4 wheel which are known to be fully compatible
 
330ci - 2005 shows 2 types of wheel fitted; the Sport and the M Sport - both multifunction (a standard fit to the 330ci) - part numbers 32306760658 and 32342282022. These certainly do not match any steering wheel part numbers fitted to the Zed. The multi function units may well be interchangeable but again no part numbers match. I am sure if they were interchangeable someone would have done this already but my searches reveal nothing. In my opinion the swap is not possible. Best bet is to go for a Zed 'M' steerring wheel with MF.
 
I'd also recommended trying to get a genuine Z wheel, as the Z wheel is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo much more sexy than the E46 one.... :D
