Steering wheel wobble / judder

Braking from 80 I get wheel "wobble" however can not feel much through the brake pedal (like a brake judder if the brakes were "warped"). I have re-bed the brakes to ensure no pad material on the discs and pretty confident its not that.

Driving at 70/80 wheels feel balanced.

The pads and discs are around 5k old with no track use.

Tyre pressures are fine and last I got my wheels balanced (5k ago) they told me the wheels were true.

Any ideas what else it could be would be great, thanks!

I was under the belief that the only things to cause steering wheel shaking were the balance, if it's happening at speed, or warped discs if happening when braking.

Not an expert but willing to give an opinion . If your front "bushes" are wearing then when you brake it allows movement which would appear as a judder?. I had mine replaced on the steering arms and the handling tightened up. I didn't have the symptoms as severe as you but this may be the cause?. I am sure a more informed member will advise.

Been reading about the FCAB maybe being a potential cause, any other bushes that might be causing this?
